AAM Named One of America’s Best Employers for 2018

American Axle & Manufacturing has once again been named as one of America’s best employers by Forbes.  This is the second year in a row AAM has been named to the annual list, which includes companies from 25 industry sectors including automakers and suppliers.

Forbes and market research company, Statista, independently surveyed more than 30,000 U.S. employees working for companies employing at least 1,000 people in the U.S. Employees were reached via several online anonymous panels and asked 35 questions on work-related topics including working conditions, salary, potential for development and company image.

Respondents were asked to rate how likely they would be to recommend their employer to others. They were also asked to nominate organizations in industries outside their own.

The final list, which was published by Forbes, included 500 large and 500 midsize organizations.
